What we process

Account and contact data, intake details, encrypted party identities, uploaded documents, scope assessments, matching and access events, professional credentials, payment references, review output, feedback and support records.

Staged disclosure

Candidate reviewers receive non-identifying task details only. The first qualified reviewer to accept receives the minimum party identities needed for conflicts. The document unlocks after clearance, client confirmation and successful authorization of both itemized amounts.

AI and document use

Documents and reviews are not used to train MyHLoop or third-party models by default. Automated analysis supports scope and price; a qualified reviewer makes the assessment, and where a legal review is chosen a lawyer makes the legal assessment. Any external processor must meet the applicable retention, security and transfer requirements.

Traffic and signup

We measure page views and signup/onboarding steps on our own server. No analytics cookies or browser storage are used. We briefly process the network address and browser header to generate a daily-changing keyed visitor estimate; raw addresses and browser headers are not stored in analytics. We keep only approved page names, broad referrer categories, step counts and daily estimates for up to 90 days. We do not collect form values, document contents or session recordings. Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals disable collection.

Purposes and legal bases

We process data to provide the requested service, arrange the reviewer engagement, manage payments, prevent conflicts and fraud, secure the platform, meet legal obligations and resolve complaints.

Payments and professional access

Payment providers receive only the data needed to authorize, capture or release the separate MyHLoop service fee and professional fee. The named reviewer receives the document after conflict clearance, client confirmation and successful authorization, subject to confidentiality duties.

Retention and rights

Retention follows the applicable engagement, professional-record, limitation, tax, fraud and legal-hold rules. Where applicable, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or objection and complain to the competent authority.

Optional research consent

Any research use requires a separate, revocable opt-in and does not affect access to the ordinary service.
