You see one fixed total before anything starts. It comes from how long the document takes a reviewer and from where you are, and it does not move once you accept it.
How the number is worked out
We estimate the reviewer's minutes from the document itself — its length and density, the figures and cross-references in it, and the checks you tick — and price those minutes at the going professional rate for your country. Nothing about the subject of the document changes the price.
What the range looks like
At standard delivery, a buyer in the eurozone pays from about 25 EUR for a short document up to 217 EUR for a long one on the dearest national ladder. In Spain a three-page document is 32 EUR and a thirty-page one is 117 EUR, and 132 EUR is the most a Spanish buyer can pay. Faster delivery adds a premium on top.
Delivery speed
Within 24 hours as standard, within 12 hours, or within 2 hours. Faster does not make the document longer and does not buy more of the reviewer's attention; it displaces their day, so 12-hour delivery bills 15% more and 2-hour delivery 40% more.
The most it can ever cost
A Human Check buys at most 150 minutes of a reviewer's attention, so the highest price you could pay is knowable before you upload. A longer document is still checked and still priced at that maximum; the reviewer reports the most important findings and we tell you the pass was bounded.
