MyHLoop's service
MyHLoop provides secure document intake, scope and pricing, qualification checks, matching, conflict-check coordination, payment coordination and review records. MyHLoop does not perform the check and does not make the professional judgment.
The Human Check
A Human Check is a focused risk scan of an AI-made document by an independent qualified reviewer. It can check consistency, completeness, potentially unsupported facts or sources, clear wording and practical effect. The reviewer reports up to three important findings per selected check. It is not legal, tax, financial or other regulated advice, a line-by-line edit, a source audit or a document comparison; it does not determine validity, enforceability, compliance or rights, and does not create a client relationship with the reviewer. A reviewer's professional credentials do not turn a Human Check into regulated advice. Where a user wants a licensed legal opinion, MyHLoop offers the separate legal review described below, subject to the lane being active.
The reviewer's service
The assigned reviewer works independently, checks conflicts, performs the check and remains professionally responsible for the work and its conclusion. By accepting these provider terms, the reviewer confirms that their credential and any required insurance are current, that they are competent for each task they accept, that the displayed fixed professional fee lawfully covers the stated scope, and that they will meet applicable confidentiality, invoicing, tax, professional-conduct and complaint duties. The reviewer receives the professional fee directly through Stripe and pays MyHLoop no referral fee, success fee or share of that fee.
The legal review
A legal review is a separate service, offered only where the jurisdiction's lane is active. It is performed by a lawyer admitted in that jurisdiction, who remains professionally responsible for the legal conclusion and is bound by the conduct, insurance and complaint rules of their bar. It is priced on that jurisdiction rather than on the client's country, and is never cheaper than the Human Check it escalates from. Everything above about the reviewer applies to the lawyer as well. A Human Check does not become legal advice because the reviewer happens to be a lawyer.
Who issues the invoice for your fee
Stripe records the payment and issues a receipt either way. Beyond that you choose. If you accept self-billing, MyHLoop raises the invoice for your fee in your name on your own Stripe account, in its own numbered series, and you can object to any invoice; you may withdraw that agreement at any time and it applies only to work accepted afterwards. If you do not, MyHLoop raises no invoice for you and instead gives you the client, amount, date and reference so you can issue your own. Either way the invoice is your supply and your tax obligation, and MyHLoop's service fee is invoiced separately by MyHLoop.
Fixed price and authorization
The user sees the defined scope and one fixed total before the request opens. Stripe may save the user's payment method without making a charge. After the named reviewer is confirmed, Stripe may place time-limited authorizations for the itemized amounts; capture occurs only when the completed work is delivered.
Anonymous matching and engagement
Candidate reviewers receive non-identifying task details and may accept or decline the stated fixed fee. The first qualified acceptance reserves the task; identities are then disclosed for conflicts. No engagement begins until the client confirms the named reviewer and both itemized amounts are successfully authorized. Capture occurs only at delivery.
Fees, payment and refunds
The fixed total contains two separate supplies and charges: MyHLoop's fixed service fee for secure intake, matching, conflict-check coordination, payment coordination and records; and the named reviewer's fixed professional fee for the independent check. The reviewer receives the professional fee directly. MyHLoop's fee is not calculated from the professional fee, matter value or result and is not a commission, referral fee, success fee or professional-fee share. One confirmation asks Stripe to place two time-limited authorizations for the itemized amounts; an authorization is not a completed charge. The professional fee is captured as the completed work is delivered, the delivery is released to the user, and MyHLoop then captures its separately itemized fee. If no reviewer is hired, delivery does not occur, or an authorization is released or expires, uncaptured amounts are not charged. Separate receipts or invoices identify the separate suppliers. The charges do not exceed the displayed fixed total without a new confirmation.
Delivery, rematching and refunds
If a reviewer reports a conflict before engagement, MyHLoop rematches without charging. If an engaged reviewer misses the delivery deadline, the professional fee is refunded and MyHLoop rematches at no additional service fee. If no replacement completes the review, MyHLoop's service fee is also refunded. Refund timing after initiation depends on the payment provider and the original payment method.
Outcomes and complaints
Green, amber and red are scoped professional outcomes, not guarantees. No reviewer is rewarded for a green result. Contact support@myhloop.com; mandatory consumer, complaint, ombudsman and regulator rights remain unaffected.
